Premier Partner Program Membership Criteria

The ideal Premier Partner is a Value Added Reseller who is currently selling into the radiology/imaging market and has expertise in PACS and DICOM products.

Premier Partners provide customers with value added services such as pre-sales consulting, installation, integration and training services.

Premier Partners are highly motivated to resell ODS Products. General Criteria
  • Have a professional, outbound, trained sales, business development organization

  • Have the infrastructure and technical expertise to provide front-line, pre-sales support for ODS products

  • Have the ability and infrastructure to resell ODS Maintenance Agreements

  • Have the infrastructure and technical expertise to provide on-site installation and administration post-sales support services for ODS products

  • Create a demand for ODS product via lead generation and awareness (i.e.: advertising, direct mail, etc.)

  • Margin/profit driven

  • Adoption of ODS Medical product by company principal

  • Maintain a “partnership” approach with vendors

  • Maintain a value add vs. price mindset

  • Maintain exemplary customer and vendor service

  • Maintain a exemplary reputation within medical/healthcare sector

  • Provide prospect/customer feedback on a regular basis

  • Maintain well-established procedures for customer complaints

Specific Criteria
  • Revenue target of at least 2.5MM/yr.

  • Sound financial standing with the ability to support a credit limit of $60K

  • Currently selling to the radiology/imaging market

  • Knowledgeable in PACS and DICOM products and services

  • A market strategy and plan for selling ODS products

  • Based in large metropolitan area
